Plan Specific Performances & Forms

View performances and download forms for your 401(k) Plan. Enrollment form processing usually takes 30 days from the date it is received by Slavic. First, it is checked and entered on the Slavic system; then it is stamped by Slavic and sent to your PEO for payroll processing.

Managed Portfolio Information

Annual and historical performance of the three Slavic401k.com-managed investment portfolios: conservative, moderate, and aggressive. Contains a listing of the funds that make up each portfolio as well as the option to switch over to a managed portfolio.

Calendar Year Fund Performances

Includes fund performance, expense ratio, 12b-1 fee information, and sub-TA fee information. Each fund is linked to a more detailed history which is downloadable in Excel format.

Trailing Period Fund Performances

Includes fund performance for Year-to-Date, 3 months, 6 months, and 1-, 3-, 5-, and 10-year periods.

Short-Term Redemption Fees

Some mutual funds impose short-term redemption fees for shares sold which are held for less than the specified holding period. This link lists all such funds, and the fees charged.

Market Timing

Some mutual funds require you to wait a specific number of days after you have sold a fund to buy back into it. This table lists those funds and the timing parameters.
