First Time Enrollment
In order to enroll for the first time you will need your payroll company’s password. If you do not have this, please contact Slavic401k.com Customer Service Department at 800-356-3009 ext. 2500. Once you obtain this information go to www.slavic401k.com and on the left side of the home page click on Participant Services, select Enroll Online and make sure to complete all the required fields. Once your enrollment is completed you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation number. Save this for future reference.
Please note that if you are a new employee or if your company has just recently signed up for the 401k plan, you may not have access to your account until we receive the first contribution/deferral file from your payroll company or until your enrollment information is processed by Slavic401k.com. Once your initial enrollment is completed, you can access your account by following the steps described under First Time Login.
First Time Login Help
On the home page click on Participant Services. Go to Manage your Account and enter your Social Security Number in the first box, no dashes or spaces, then the last four numbers of your Social Security Number in the second box and click on log-in. A page will then come up that will prompt you to create a new user id and password. Instructions are available at Site Help or 2-Minute Tutor. Keep a record of changes for future reference and please click on Personal Profile when you are in your account, and enter an email address. If you forget your User ID and password, you can click on Forgot Your PIN for an immediate response.
Contribution Change
- Click on Transactions at the top of the page.
- Look to the left and click on Contributions.
- Scroll down and mark box for change.
- Put in new contribution percentage.
- Click Submit.
- Then a page will ask you to confirm the change; click Continue if change is correct.
- You will receive a confirmation number.
Allocation Change
- Click on Transactions.
- Scroll down and you will see where all of your money is currently invested in the column labeled Allocation Percentage.
- Choose the fund(s) that you would like to move your money into, and put the new percentage in the far right column labeled New Percentage.
- Make sure your new allocations equal 100%.
- If you want to reallocate both current balances and new contributions, check box on left side of page.
- Click on Submit.
- Then a page will come up that shows your previous allocations and the new allocations to verify that the change is correct.
- If the change is correct, click Continue.
- You will receive a confirmation number.
Statements, Forms, Performances
- Click on Tools at top of page.
- Click on left side of page for Statements, Forms, and Performances.
Email, Address, and Beneficiary Change
- Click on Personal Profile at top of page.
- Click on left side of page.
Note: If you need a change form you will need to contact customer service so we can send you the form and you can mail or fax back to us.
